Block Production

The production process includes pouring a mold with VANOCAST™, the exclusive material of Vanocur Refractories®.  Following a predetermined cure time, the modular cast block is then fired at a very controlled and specific rate to achieve maximum performance.  Although not complex, the production process requires complete control of the operation in conjunction with highly skilled and trained employees in order to consistently deliver the highest quality block that our customers require.  This translates to lower production costs and lower scrap rates and ultimately a smoother and faster installation. Getting our customer's ovens back in service as quickly as possible is our ultimate goal.
